AWS Resell service comes with the following optional benefits:

Service Desk Support

  • Support from Trustsoft AWS Resell team
  • Trustsoft will communicate with AWS on behalf of client

Billing & Invoicing

  • Company consolidated billing (all accounts/services in a single invoice)
  • Invoice split for individual accounts or cost-centers (optional)
  • Extended due date of 14 days (AWS due date is immediate)

AWS Credits and Funding

  • Access to AWS POC Credits and Funding programs (e.g. Migration Acceleration Program)
  • These are subject to AWS final approval

AWS spend under control

  • Initial (one-time) cost management setup review (processes and tools)
  • Regular spend info using cost management dashboards for IT engineers and managers

Well-Architected Review

  • Initial (one-time) Well-Architected Review (baseline for potential improvements)
  • Regular (yearly) Well-Architected Reviews
