Monitoring

Together, we will analyze key processes and their metrics (KPI ś) and describe how these metrics are monitored and how they contribute to overall business. If the existing monitoring in place is not in compliance with the best practices, we will suggest recommendations for improvements. Good monitoring is basic building block for:

• minimizing negative business impact caused by unexpected outages
• lowering running and maintenance costs of the solution
• improvement of response times to incidents
• transitioning into fully digital operations
• improvement of Customer Experience
• ability to monitor trends within IT solutions (service consumption etc..)
